Duty Manager

We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Premier Inn Bournemouth East Cliff hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve hotel performance.
