About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Specialist Teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified or experienced teacher to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.

As a Behaviour Specialist Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging Maths or English lessons to small classes of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school has a deep focus on addressing the educational, social, and therapeutic needs of students, focusing on individual happiness and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have QTS/QTLS or relevant experience as a teacher, and professional or personal experience working with vulnerable children, with additional needs, challenging behaviours, or mental health needs.

The salary for this role is £29,344 - £44,919 per annum, depending on experience.
