Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to participants, focusing on employability skills, interview techniques, and job application strategies.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to participants, helping them to build confidence and develop their skills.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to identify emerging participant needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employability training, ensuring that our programs are relevant and effective.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials, working closely with colleagues to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our participants.
Requirements:
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Award in Education and Training level 3 (formerly PTLLS) or certificate in Education and Training level 4 (formerly CTLLS).
  • Experience of delivering training programs face-to-face and/or remotely using digital technologies.
  • Full driving license to enable deployment across a specified geographical area (region), when required.
