Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, time-conscious, and proactive People and Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will have the opportunity to support the team with core administrative tasks, people experience, and payroll activities, all with unparalleled attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Induction: Support the People and Culture team in setting up the onboarding process and organising the induction of new starters.
  • People and Culture Support: Assist with all internal and external people and culture related inquiries or requests and know when, and who, to escalate these to when appropriate.
  • Payroll and Projects: Assist with payroll and ad-hoc people and culture projects.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Produce and submit reports on general people and culture activity.
  • HR Database Management: Past experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Ability to handle data with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Certification and Training: CIPD level 3 or 5 certification is desirable but not essential.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise, coordinate and prioritise multiple people and projects at once.
  • Software and Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Flexible team player, accepting of change, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
