Job Details


The Music Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide complete support to a renowned artist in both their business and personal life. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with high-profile individuals, preferably within the music industry.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage complex schedules and appointments across time zones and business
  • Handle all correspondence, including correspondence with third-party stakeholders
  • Arrange travel arrangements, visas, and itineraries at short notice
  • Perform administrative tasks, including drafting and summarizing reports
  • Support with ongoing projects and undertake ad-hoc research projects as needed
  • Monitor monthly invoices and chase payments
  • Take minutes of high-level meetings and follow up with complex tasks
  • Handle private family and personal matters with discretion and confidentiality
  • Liaise with multiple business offices and coordinate with lawyers, auditors, and PR firms as required
  • Perform errands and other duties as needed across professional and personal areas

Requirements:



  • Extensive experience as an EA to a high-profile individual within the music industry
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to work onsite in Oxfordshire
  • Excellent diary management skills and ability to handle a changing schedule
  • Highly professional manner and presentation, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English
  • Adaptable, positive, and committed approach to work, with discretion and confidentiality required
  • Background in music or film industry desirable, with willingness to work outside normal office hours/weekends when required
