Role Overview

We are now seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to drive our operations in the Birmingham area, focusing on service development, quality assurance, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the quality of our services, ensuring person-centered approaches are at the heart of everything we do.

  • Lead and develop your team to deliver high-quality services, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure seamless delivery of quality, compliance, rota, and financial requirements for the services under your responsibility.


Requirements


This role requires a driving license, as you will be required to travel to services in the Birmingham area. A strong understanding of person-centered support principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to prioritize workload effectively are essential.

You will also need to demonstrate strong relationships-building skills, a passion for continuous learning, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.


Salary and Benefits


The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
