We are seeking a Frontline Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service and resolve queries in a timely manner. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and chat queries with accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues: Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Process customer orders: Manage customer orders and account information with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume queries while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
