HOMEWORKING TRAVEL CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY
We are currently recruiting for an amazing travel company who are looking for people to join their well-established team on a homeworking basis. The ideal candidate will have travel experience, customer service, or an interest in travel to offer first-hand knowledge of the amazing destinations this company has to offer.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for receiving sales enquiries from B2B customers and responding to them efficiently.
- You will deal with a mix of Retail branches, Consortium members, and homeworkers, assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
- You will provide unrivalled customer service by continuously going the extra mile.
- You will sell a range of products, including tailor-made itineraries, Cruise packages, Eurostar, long & short haul, City Break experiences, and more.
- You will achieve sales targets by maximising selling opportunities of products at every opportunity.
- You will actively participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
