Academics Ltd is an outstanding SEND school that values the growth and well-being of its students. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a SEND Support Worker in Scarborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This may include SEMH, ASD, PMLD, and other conditions.

\

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in either mainstream schools or SEN settings.\
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by learners with SEND and ability to adapt approach accordingly.\
  • Commitment to promoting a positive and encouraging atmosphere that helps students feel valued and motivated.\
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.\
