We're looking for a seasoned professional to fill the Contract Adviser role at Educators Wales, where you'll contribute to the growth and success of individuals through vocational guidance and development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging participant inductions, aligning with our program's objectives.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to create personalized Employment Action Plans (EAPs), driving participant progress.
  • Monthly caseload reviews will allow you to reflect on successes and areas for improvement with your performance manager.
What Makes You Suitable:
  • Proven experience in supporting unemployed adults, preferably in a targeted environment.
  • Social work expertise or equivalent is highly valued in this role.
  • An IAG Qualification Level 3 or above is mandatory for this position.
