Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in South Cerney. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes, matching them against purchase orders and general ledger codes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
  • Match invoices against purchase orders and general ledger codes.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-currency, multi-entity, and multi-VAT registration requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Assist the AP Manager during audits, vendor requests, and HMRC/compliance requests.
  • Resolve errors related to accounts payable automation.
  • Learn account reconciliations using Excel.
Requirements
  • Excel knowledge, including basic pivot tables and VLookups.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Professional and confident communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and takes pride in work quality.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
