About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our residential team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, community work, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess life skills and have experience working with children or in health and social care. However, full training and support will be provided. A full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential.
