Care Worker – Adult Enablement Unit

Empower individuals with mental health issues and learning disabilities to live more independently by joining our Adult Enablement Unit as a Care Worker.

As a Care Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team providing practical and emotional support to adults with complex mental health and learning disabilities.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting clients to access and engage in their local community
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, on walks, activity programs, and other activities
  • Administering medication and supporting medication management
  • Budgeting and enhancing living skills
  • Providing an evening meal from a set menu
  • Crisis planning and care planning
