Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a commercial facilities management team of regional facilities managers (RFMs) across a national portfolio, ensuring effective communication and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the portfolio, focusing on hard services and technical projects.
  • Provide maintenance and engineering (M&E) strategies to align with the company-wide environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and operational delivery with the Praxis business plan, in coordination with asset managers.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Perform regular site visits to maintain an on-site presence and support RFMs to ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
