Care Administration Support Assistant

The Isle of Wight College has partnered with Phoenix Care Group Ltd to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join their team as an Administrative Services Associate. This 18-24 month apprenticeship will provide the ideal candidate with a chance to develop essential business administration skills and progress within a rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining a high standard of office appearance, health and safety, and confidentiality.
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Liaising with clients using excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful applicant will also be required to arrange and attend courses and workshops, maintain and order office supplies, log stock and inventory accurately, create and maintain inventory of each home, and proactively assist with the smooth running of the office.
This role offers an estimated salary of £6.40 per hour, rising to £10.00 at mid-point probation, after 6 months' probationary period this will rise to £12.00 per hour.
