Business Development Manager

At SER Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the South West region, promoting and creating demand for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the sales pipeline and meet company sales targets, leveraging our products and services.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and solutions to key accounts, utilizing our products and services.
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities and use this knowledge to position our products effectively.
- Provide Feedback to the Company: Provide feedback from the market to the company for product development and improvement to enhance our offerings.
- Proven Experience in Sales: Proven experience in specification sales and project-based sales, ideally with a background in lighting solutions.
- Strong Understanding of the Logistics Sector: Strong understanding of the logistics and warehousing sector, with a focus on lighting requirements and solutions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Ability to Build Customer Relationships: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, leveraging knowledge of lighting requirements.
- Self-Motivated and Driven: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, utilizing our product range effectively.
- Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Engage with Key Accounts: Engage with existing key accounts to assess their ongoing lighting requirements and provide our lighting solutions.
- Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the sales pipeline for our lighting products and services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities for our lighting solutions.
- Participate in Industry Events: Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote our lighting products and services.
- Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and market insights related to our lighting solutions to the management team.
