Primary SEN Teacher Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join our team at a primary SEN school in Penzance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching children with complex ASC needs and be able to engage a small mixed Year 1 and 2 class.

Key Details:

  • Full-time, long-term position with the opportunity to move onto a permanent school contract after a successful trial period.
  • Competitive daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 - £43,685).
  • No agency fees or umbrella company.

Requirements:

  • QTS qualification.
  • SEN teaching experience.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of attainment, progress, and behaviour.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants.

About the Role:

The class consists of 7 children, some of whom are non-verbal and some pre-verbal. The ideal candidate will be able to engage this class and provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The school is seeking a Teacher with experience working with complex needs and/or ASC.
