About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an SEN TA, you will be instrumental in supporting the class teacher and working closely with students with special educational needs, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in providing tailored educational support to SEN students
  • Work individually or with small groups of SEN students to enhance their learning
  • Support classroom management and organisation
  • Ensure the well-being of all students, with a focus on those with SEN
  • Help plan and prepare personalised learning activities
