Clinical Team Lead Position

Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is a leading specialist in providing physical and mental health care for women, children, and families. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team as part of our Early Intervention Psychosis service in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating family interventions and carer support within the service, working closely with the team and managers to develop and implement evidence-based approaches such as Behavioural Family Therapy (BFT). This role also involves dual responsibilities: coordinating a caseload of young people experiencing a first episode of psychosis, while providing leadership on delivering family interventions across the wider Birmingham EIP service.
We require an individual with post-registration training in BFT, experience in delivering interventions to families with mental health difficulties, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly, think innovatively, and possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and a dynamic work environment.
