Job Title

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Key Accounts team at BMS Performance.

We have gone from strength to strength, with an overall turnover of £40 million plus, and ambitious plans to increase this.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to manage a portfolio of existing clients within the construction sector.

  • Our ideal candidate will maintain regular contact with key decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The primary focus will be to retain customers' spend from the prior year going into the new financial year.
  • You will work nationally, networking with accounts over the phone and attending face-to-face meetings as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 18-24 months prior experience in B2B or B2C professional sales.
  • Experience selling into the construction sector or waste management services would be advantageous.
  • An engaging, enthusiastic, and friendly personality with strong relationship-building skills.
Package

The salary package includes:

  • Basic salary: £35,000.
  • Bonus: £7.5k-£10k per annum.
  • Car allowance: £5,000 or electric/hybrid company car.
  • Mobile phone and Laptop.
  • Healthcare plan.
  • 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (rising to 33 days with service).
