Job Description

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in the company's growth. As an Account Manager from an engineering background, you will take the next step in your career and join a market leading business where you will drive account growth and success.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong business development skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to grow existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the engineering industry, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in business development or sales. They will also have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, as well as being able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £54,000 + bonus + van + training + progression + autonomy + company benefits. The role is home-based (commutable from Birmingham, Nottingham, Sheffield, Manchester, Stoke-On-Trent, Derby, Leeds).

Achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction through delivering exceptional service and support, driving revenue growth through new business development, working closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities are key responsibilities of this position.
