Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Swift Placements. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for proactively contacting schools and education establishments to introduce and promote our absence insurance solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a School Insurer business based in Bradford who is currently undergoing a period of growth. Our client is looking to recruit for 2x telesales professionals to join their team during school term time until April 2025.
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and secure appointments or interest from potential clients through outbound calling. You will be required to conduct daily outbound calls to schools within a designated area, introducing our absence insurance services and explaining the benefits tailored for educational institutions.
You will receive training opportunities and be part of a friendly office environment. The hourly pay rate for this role is £11.54 per hour, with a potential earnings boost of £25.00 for every lead converted into a sale.
