Job Title: Senior UX Designer - Digital Transformation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the online user experience for our clients in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver exceptional user experiences for our clients' online platforms, ensuring seamless interactions and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and web developers, to iterate and improve the UX of our responsive websites.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their products, services, and target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our UX design capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UX design for B2C digital platforms, with a strong portfolio of past achievements.
  • Expertise in designing customer journeys, improving usability, and delivering superb UX.
  • Strong technical design knowledge and skills, including responsive web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to take ownership and lead design workshops and retrospectives.
  • Honours degree in Design or a related field.
