About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking an experienced dealer to join our team. As a dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our patrons.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and handling cash and credit transactions. Your primary goal will be to deliver a high level of service, ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.



Key Responsibilities

As an experienced dealer, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, acknowledging and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand the games, payouts, and high-value members, ensuring that you can provide accurate information to customers.
  • Connect with first-time customers, explaining how the games are run and providing a comprehensive overview of the gaming experience.
  • Follow guidance from the CADS and gaming supervisor to meet table demand and deliver fantastic service on the gaming floor.
  • Be aware of and prioritize safer gambling, looking out for signs of problem gambling and informing a manager if necessary.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working with experienced industry professionals and contributing to the success of our team.
