**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our Universal Business Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining close communication and building rapport with clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide regular reporting and account updates to stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in account management or sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
