Remedy Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Specialist to support students with mild ASD (Autism) in an education environment.

Job Description
  • Supervise and support a child with mild ASD as a 1:1 assistant.
  • Assist in developing appropriate resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies.
  • Provide detailed feedback to teachers on the child's achievement, progress, and needs.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, basic knowledge of SEND and learning barriers, and experience working directly with young people in an education environment.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting children with autism.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety issues in the workplace.

The salary for this role is estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
