Trevett Professional Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join their team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of assets across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with project teams to identify assets to be onboarded and ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with laboratory users to resolve issues related to asset delivery and data recording.
- Identify and record serial numbers, model numbers, and PAT numbers, ensuring that Maximo accurately reflects this information.
- Load asset data, manufacturer details, and schedule maintenance in liaison with Operations Engineers.
- Monitor outstanding maintenance routines and highlight problem areas to the Equipment Team.
- Control and maintain the equipment numbering system and issue Equipment/Asset Labels.
- Conduct critical spares assessments, including sourcing prices from suppliers, receiving quotes, and delivery times for items.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in resolving customer problems within specific contracts.
- Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or processing industry, with experience working in a GMP environment.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel spreadsheets, with strong IT skills.
- Previous experience in FM/Engineering is highly desirable.
