About the Role:

  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to identify students who require additional support.
  • Develop and implement effective mentorship programs to promote student engagement and achievement.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, addressing specific challenges and celebrating successes.
  • Work closely with the PCC to develop and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Plan and deliver group workshops on topics such as social skills, anger management, and improving attendance.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Participate in whole-school meetings and training initiatives to stay current with best practices.
