As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational HR activities, supporting and advising managers in line with employment legislation and the organisation\u2019s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage employee relations cases such as grievances, disciplinary, absence and performance management.
* Assist with recruitment across the site, including writing job descriptions, preparing interviews and assisting with vetting and referencing tasks.
* Contribute to policy reviews and development.
* Contribute to health, wellbeing and employee benefit initiatives.

Requirements:

* CIPD Level 5 Qualified or relevant experience in an HR role.
* Great relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of up-to-date legislation and employment law.

What We Offer:

* Up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* 25 days + BH
* Standard Pension Contribution
* 37.5 working week
* Charity days (paid)
