Clinical Education Specialist - Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at HCRG Care Group, a leading independent provider of community health and care services.

Job Description

As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing training content aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Delivering training sessions and assessing learner competence using digital tools and virtual assessments.
  • Conducting training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
  • Managing workload with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A registerable qualification with current NMC/HCPC/GDC/Social Work/GMC registration.
  • A recognized level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification.
  • Significant clinical practice experience in a relevant field (AHP, Nursing, Social Work).
  • Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including travel to regional and national locations as required.
