Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team at JS3 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining key client relationships, and driving the company's revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals and targets.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and sales pitches to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking and analytical skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
$90,000 - $140,000 per annum
