Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Theatre Productivity Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting in the smooth running of Surgical Admissions services theatre timetables for Consultants.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a department providing direct patient care eg Surgical Outpatients/inpatient waiting list office.

  • Key responsibilities will include regular data quality and validation duties to maintain clean data.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the administrative and clerical functions of the Admissions Team.

The successful candidate will be able to work using own initiative and without supervision, and have a working knowledge of MS Office, including e-mail and Excel.

Requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • A willingness to be flexible and to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness and ability to work Bank Holidays and Saturdays, on occasion.

The post holder will proactively and positively contribute to the successful overall performance of the Trust, and will be required to adhere to Trust Infection Control Policies at all times, assuring compliance with all defined infection control standards.
