Salary
We offer a competitive salary based on equal opportunity and pay structures, which is estimated to be between £35,000 and £42,000 per annum, taking into account the role's responsibilities and the local market rate.
Job Description
As a Store Operations Lead at Redefined Ltd, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stores. You'll be responsible for managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and inspiring your colleagues to deliver outstanding results. In the absence of the Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store and lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Oversee cash processes, including processing transactions, managing floats, and conducting regular audits.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and inspire your colleagues to achieve their best performance.
- Communicate effectively with the team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure everyone is working towards common goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, with a track record of delivering results and leading teams to success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
- Able to work independently, making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with a focus on collaboration, mutual respect, and open communication.
