About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Store Leadership Team in developing talent through training and coaching associates
  • Partnering with the Store Manager to address performance concerns and develop solutions to drive associate engagement and development
  • Fostering a positive work environment and providing direct feedback to associates
  • Assessing performance and providing feedback on a daily basis and during annual reviews
  • Motivating and inspiring associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Estimated Salary Range

$52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
