Operations Support
Our Operations Support Team is responsible for liaising with originators and clients on both debt purchase and contingency accounts. We gather more information for our customers and deal with those who have gone through or are going through an insolvency process. We also investigate cases where our customers have a dispute or are claiming fraud.
The work Operations Support does is crucial for the wider business, both in terms of our customers and our clients on contingency matters. We help to build good relationships with our clients, maintain and improve our high reputation, and encourage more business.
Our department consists of different areas, including:
- Insolvency
- Fraud & Disputes
- Post Sales
- Credit Account Information
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and has a good eye for detail. You should have excellent communication and decision-making skills. Ideally, you'll have some experience of logging, processing, and responding to customer correspondence in an office role. You should be able to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
