Store Manager Opportunity

A prestigious British fashion brand is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead their South West London boutique. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining high visual merchandising standards, executing company policies, and overseeing store security.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards across the store.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the security of the store and its assets.
  • Network with local businesses and collaborate with the marketing team to raise awareness of the store and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze store performance reports and develop action plans to drive results.
  • Liaise with the brand owner and head office merchandising team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage stock levels, make informed decisions about stock control, and ensure promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions are executed to expected standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales through a luxury, personalized customer experience.
  • Lead a small team, manage staff rotas, and create an environment that fosters excellent customer and colleague experiences.
  • Manage all payment processes and cash flow.

  • Able to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a passion for improving store performance.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
