Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the store's day-to-day operations
  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to deliver excellent customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and operational strategies
  • Manage and control store costs, including stock levels and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £35,625 - £43,440, plus a London allowance of £1,935
  • A flexible 40 or 45-hour contract, with opportunities to work a 40-hour contract over 4 days
  • 4 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays (rising to 5 weeks after 2 years)
