La Fosse is pleased to announce that we've been engaged by a prominent UK retail brand to support their search for a vital Business Systems Analyst.
The client is a well-known household name that delivers affordable solutions to their customers across the UK.
The Role:
They have embarked on a journey to create a new data target architecture and require a Business Systems Analyst with experience in data migrations and transformations. The ideal candidate will have previously been involved in similar journeys and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid the Data Analysis team in identifying core steps and requirements during the discovery phase.
- Collaborate with the team to translate key business requirements into build artefacts and user stories.
- Partner with the Data Analysis team to execute the initial phases of the Data Transformation Programme.
- Work with the team to deliver user stories and create a working POC.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for a large commercial business, with a focus on data migrations or transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and blockers.
- Good understanding of data and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Great stakeholder management and documentation capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Experience working within agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Understanding of Azure and PowerBi would be a plus.
About the Opportunity:

Contract Details:
Day Rate: £400 - £475 per day Inside IR35
Contract Length: 3 Months With likely extension
Location: Oxfordshire 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home
