Patient Experience Lead Manager

Role Overview
Spiere Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to take on the challenging role of Patient Experience Lead. This position involves leading and driving improvements to the patient experience, utilizing all available information within the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change and interrogate data to deliver meaningful actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive improvements to the patient experience using all available information within Spire Healthcare Ltd.
- Coordinate complaints in conjunction with the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services, providing high-quality responses that address all aspects of a complaint and ensure opportunities for learning and improvement are delivered and embedded into the organization.
- Monitor changes made and ensure initiatives are trailed, reviewed, and embedded.
- Familiarize yourself with CQC regulations and develop plans to achieve outstanding ratings.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments to ensure actions agreed upon through complaints, patient satisfaction surveys, and relevant committees are delivered within required timescales.
- Attend daily safety huddles, review, and discuss relevant matters.
- Contribute to the quarterly governance report coordinated with the Governance Manager and IP Lead.
- Collate monthly clinical dashboards with the Governance Manager and disseminate.
Requirements:
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Exceptional team player.
- Competence in Microsoft Office packages.
- Competence in writing formal letters.
- Healthcare business experience.
- Healthcare processes knowledge.
- IT skills.
- Data interrogation and analysis expertise.
- Experience dealing with patients and other stakeholders.
- Able to maintain complete trust, loyalty, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, inclusive of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 35 days annual leave, employer and employee contributory pension, access discounts, wellness screening, private medical cover, life assurance, and free onsite car parking.
