  • As a Paid Search Manager at Incubeta, you will be responsible for designing and planning the paid search account strategy, identifying new opportunities in line with client goals, and working with Client Directors to develop the client roadmap.
  • You will manage a team of Account Executives and contribute to the direction and development of the team through our company roadmap system.
  • You will be expected to continue to develop and learn with us, implementing new strategies and taking the lead on joint projects with Google.
  • A competitive salary is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • We offer a flexible working policy, allowing you to work from home up to three days a week.

  • You have a passion for all things paid search and want to further develop as an expert.
  • You want to be involved in all areas of the campaign, driving performance and working with a range of clients.
  • You want exposure to other channels (SEO, Paid Social, Display, Amazon).
  • You're a fun, passionate team player and a strong communicator with clients.
  • You have retail account experience and ecommerce expertise.
  • You have experience with Google Ads and Search Ads 360.
  • You can be based in our London or Manchester office.
