**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Sustainable Electrical Engineer to join our team at Advance TRS. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable electrical designs for water-related projects across the UK.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to contribute to our multidisciplinary design team. You will work collaboratively with industry-leading experts, broaden your expertise, and challenge conventional thinking in this rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop outline and detailed designs and specifications for electrical, instrumentation, and control works.
  • Provide daily technical input within a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Deliver design outputs aligned with the agreed scope, timescales, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project excellence and added value for clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent) with chartered status in a relevant professional institution.
  • In-depth experience with electrical, instrumentation, and control design for water industry projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver water-related designs and specifications.
  • Awareness of environmental implications, sustainable solutions, and health and safety legislation.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with engineers from all disciplines and other professionals.

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: UK Offices (minimum 3 days in-office, flexible start/finish times)
