Key Responsibilities:

  • Action all correspondence from customers/internal Bupa departments regarding credit control queries.
  • Provide a high standard of service and administration to all internal and external customers.
  • Take responsibility for the debt position on a portfolio of customers and liaise closely with the care home administrators, Senior Financial Administrators, and regional teams.
  • Monitor the account balances of each customer in their portfolio to ensure that the debt position is under control.
  • Manage the total and individual debt position on their portfolio and ensure the timely collection of monies outstanding.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Credit Control environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Technical appreciation of systems and processes and the ability to offer suggestions for process improvements.
  • Intermediate PC skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including communication.
  • Good numerical skills with a financial background.
