Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller at Turner & Townsend Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional financial recovery performance within the company's expectations. This involves:
- Chasing overdue invoices through timely telephone and email communications.
- Performing account reconciliations as required to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting and implementing company policies, procedures, and corporate governance.
- Assisting with cash postings and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Managing credit note requirements to optimize financial outcomes.
- Providing ad-hoc reporting and other activities as needed to support the finance team.
- Embodying the core objectives of the finance team in all aspects of work.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of credit control policies, procedures, and sales ledger credit management.
- Experience with credit control management systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal stakeholders.
- A flexible approach and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- The ability to recognize potential risks and escalate them accordingly.
