We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while also driving business growth and improving our overall working capital position.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Credit Controllers and Assistants, conducting regular 121s and debt reviews, tracking cash collections, and ensuring billing transactions are completed in a timely manner.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Credit Controllers and Assistants
  • Conduct regular 121s and debt reviews
  • Track cash collections and measure performance
  • Work to procedures and processes for the Accounts Receivable team
  • Ensure billing transactions are completed in a timely manner
  • Support the AR Manager with month-end reporting
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and operational teams
  • Use strong problem-solving skills to reduce overall debt and improve cash flow
