About Our Firm
We are a prominent Wealth and Investment Management company based in London, dedicated to delivering exceptional financial services.
Salary£60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of effective anti-money laundering (AML) strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and execute AML initiatives that align with the firm's business objectives.
- Evaluate end-to-end processes and controls to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial crime regulations and industry best practices.
- Lead the drafting of policies and procedures to ensure seamless integration with existing frameworks.
The Ideal Candidate
The Financial Crime Manager should possess:
- Proven experience in leading AML-related projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of relevant financial crime legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify key trends.
