Job Description: SEN Teacher - Hounslow

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd, a SEN school based in Hounslow. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

  1. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for leading and developing teaching teams, deploying teaching assistants to support learning, therapy, and care needs.
  2. You must hold QTS and have experience working with students with moderate, severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties or autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To take on general teaching duties and lead and develop teams of teaching staff.
  • To deploy teaching assistants to support learning, therapy, and care needs of students.
  • To record assessments appropriately and collect evidence of progress made using the school's systems.

About the School:

Qualiteach Ltd is a SEN school catering to students aged 19-24 with various learning difficulties or autism. We provide a supportive environment where students can thrive.

Requirements:

  • QTS qualification.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

£38,000 - £65,000 per annum (MPS + UPS + SEN allowance depending on experience).
