About the RoleAs an Inclusion Room Supervisor with Academics Ltd in Hounslow, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN and additional needs. You will manage a calm and supportive learning environment within the Inclusion Room, ensuring that all students feel valued and included.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans, promoting academic and emotional growth in every student. Your passion for working with young people and commitment to inclusion will make you a beacon of support for our students.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN and additional needs.
- Manage a calm and supportive learning environment within the Inclusion Room.
- Assist with learning activities and provide academic and emotional support to students.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for working with young people and a commitment to inclusion. A DBS check is required for this position.
