The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting retinal eye screenings for diabetic patients, working independently after a period of supervision and training. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team.

The shift pattern for this position is 9-5pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of negotiating days. The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with the Service Manager, Ophthalmologist, and Lead Clinician to ensure effective utilisation of specialised equipment and supplies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a health or social care background to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The hours for this position are 21.25 hours per week, equivalent to 3 working days. Consideration will also be given to job share opportunities.
