Job Title: UK Technology Governance Project Lead

Citigroup Global Markets Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Technology Governance Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Technology Governance team, you will be responsible for providing support for Legal Entity governance within the UK Legal Entity Technology Governance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with reporting to UK Governance committees, including Business Risk & Control Committee, Executive Committees (ExCo), and Board
  • Produce high-quality management reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensure timely distribution against Service Level agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate information flows from partners
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint materials, including refreshing templates or quality-assuring work produced by others
  • Work on PowerPoint and Excel data files, including receipting, storing, amalgamating, and creating summaries of key themes
Requirements:
  • Experience of producing high-quality reports for senior audiences in demanding timeframes
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work effectively in a team
