We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in providing clinically based practice development and education to the non-medical workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical education support to learners at the bedside, identifying and addressing their learning needs.
- Act as an expert resource for learners, ensuring local training resources are up-to-date and relevant.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team and senior colleagues to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Develop and deliver education programs at a divisional level, contributing to the development of systems for operational performance.
- Participate in audit, service improvement, and research projects relevant to the clinical educator role.
- Highly developed clinical skills relevant to the area of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and within a team structure.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to influence the department and multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey information and advocate for the interests and well-being of patients and colleagues.
